Walt Disney filed for bankruptcy, though, again, not a California chapter 7, 11, or 13 specifically, but Disneyland is one of California’s greatest attractions. President William McKinley went bankrupt; so did Ulysses S. Grant, Thomas Jefferson, and Honest Abe, though none, of course, was a California Chapter 7; they all just governed California (except for Jefferson who died in 1826).
